Heat your oven to 400°F and put parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Grab a big bowl and mix the ground chicken, ¼ cup buffalo sauce, egg, green onions, carrots, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Take small amounts of the chicken mix with a cookie scoop or spoon and roll them into balls with your hands.

Put all the meatballs on your lined baking sheet and cook for 18-20 minutes.

Take them out and pour the other ¼ cup buffalo sauce over them, giving them a gentle toss to cover all sides.
