Slice jalapenos down the middle and scoop out all seeds.

Combine softened cream cheese, grated cheddar, powdered garlic, powdered onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir it all together.

Spoon the cheese mix into each jalapeno half.

Take half a bacon strip and wrap it around each stuffed jalapeno. Stick toothpicks in if they won't stay put.

Line up your wrapped jalapenos on a baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes until bacon gets crispy.
