Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Peppers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 big jalapenos
02 - 8 oz softened cream cheese
03 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
04 - 12 bacon strips
05 - 1/4 tsp powdered garlic
06 - 1/4 tsp powdered onion
07 - Pinch of salt and pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 400°F (200°C).
02 - Slice jalapenos down the middle and scoop out all seeds.
03 - Combine softened cream cheese, grated cheddar, powdered garlic, powdered onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir it all together.
04 - Spoon the cheese mix into each jalapeno half.
05 - Take half a bacon strip and wrap it around each stuffed jalapeno. Stick toothpicks in if they won't stay put.
06 - Line up your wrapped jalapenos on a baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes until bacon gets crispy.
07 - If you want them crunchier, broil them for another 2-3 minutes.
08 - Let them sit for a bit before you eat them.

# Notes:

01 - Want less heat? Wash the jalapenos after taking out the seeds. Don't forget to wear gloves so your hands don't burn later.
