→ For the Garlic Bread Bowls

15 - 6 crusty white bread rolls
16 - 3.5 ounces unsalted butter, melted
17 - 1.1 ounces parmesan cheese, finely grated
18 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
19 - 3 garlic cloves, made into paste

→ For Assembly

20 - 7 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Directions:

01 - Heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook diced onion until golden. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly before stirring in tomato paste.
02 - Pour in red wine and allow to reduce by half. Stir in tomato passata, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, chopped basil, dried oregano, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered for 25 minutes until sauce thickens. Mix in grated parmesan cheese.
03 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice tops off rolls, hollow out centers without piercing bottoms. Combine melted butter with garlic paste, parsley, and parmesan. Brush mixture inside and outside of each roll.
04 - Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and transfer directly to meat sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
05 - Evenly distribute the pasta and meat sauce mixture into the prepared bread bowls. Top each with shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - Place filled bread bowls on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes until the bread is crisp and cheese is melted. For a golden top, broil on high for 1 to 2 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure bread bowls are not overfilled to prevent leaking during baking.
02 - Toss spaghetti in the sauce to fully coat noodles, maximizing flavor.
