Preheat the oven to 175°C.

Slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise without cutting all the way through.

Place two crispy chicken tenders inside each hoagie roll.

Drizzle honey mustard sauce evenly over the chicken tenders. Add barbecue sauce if desired.

Lay two slices of cooked bacon on each roll and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Arrange the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Garnish with dill pickles if using, and serve immediately while hot.
