In a bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup until smooth. Set aside.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no pink remains, breaking apart with a spoon. Drain off excess fat and return beef to the skillet.

Add Manwich sauce or homemade mixture to the beef. Stir well, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.

Heat a clean skillet or sauté pan over medium heat. Add oil and allow to heat until shimmering.

Place one flour tortilla in the hot pan. Spread an even layer of the meat mixture on top, then sprinkle with grated muenster cheese. Cover with a second tortilla.

Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the bottom tortilla turns golden brown. Carefully flip and cook the other side for 3 to 4 minutes until both sides are browned and cheese is melted.

Repeat steps to make additional quesadillas with remaining ingredients.

Transfer cooked quesadillas to a cutting board. Slice into wedges and serve hot.
