Silky Peppercorn Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tbsp melted fat
02 - 1 cup meat broth
03 - 1 tsp French mustard
04 - ¼ cup thick cream
05 - 1 tbsp smashed black peppercorns
06 - ½ tsp table salt

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up a small pot over medium flame. Drop in your fat. Once it's liquid, mix in your broth, mustard, thick cream, smashed peppercorns, and salt with a wire whisk.
02 - Keep mixing as your sauce gets thicker for about 5-10 minutes. The sauce is ready when it sticks to your spoon's back. Take it off the heat right away to cool down.
03 - Pour it straight onto your meal or put it in a small dipping bowl.
