Silky Chocolate Chia Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ΒΌ cup chia seeds
02 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 1 scoop vegan protein powder
04 - 1 cup non-dairy milk (soy or almond)
05 - 3 tablespoons agave nectar or maple syrup
06 - Splash of vanilla extract (if desired)
07 - Tiny bit of salt (if desired)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a medium bowl and stir together the chia seeds, cocoa powder, and just a tiny bit of salt.
02 - Gradually pour your non-dairy milk while constantly stirring to avoid lumps and get everything mixed well.
03 - Mix in your agave nectar or maple syrup until everything's combined nicely. Taste and add more if needed.
04 - Put a lid or plastic wrap on your bowl and stick it in the fridge at least 4 hours or leave it overnight so the chia seeds soak up the liquid and get pudding-thick.
05 - Give everything a good mix before you're ready to eat to break down any chunky spots that formed.
06 - Eat it plain or top with some nuts, fruit slices, or chocolate bits for extra crunch and flavor.

01 - Your pudding gets thicker the more time it spends in the fridge.
