Seafood Pasta Shrimp Crab (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 8 ounces of your favorite pasta, like penne or rotini

→ Seafood

02 - 1 cup of cooked shrimp, deveined and peeled
03 - 1 cup of flaky crabmeat

→ Vegetables

04 - 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion
05 - 1/2 cup of halved cherry tomatoes
06 - 1/2 cup of diced celery

→ Dressing

07 - 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
08 - 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
09 - 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
10 - A sprinkle of salt & pepper

→ Garnish

11 - Fresh dill (chopped), about 1 tablespoon
12 - Serve with lemon wedges

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the pasta following the instructions on the box. Drain it well, and rinse it under cold running water to stop it from overcooking.
02 - Grab a big bowl and toss together the chilled pasta, shrimp, crab meat, celery, tomatoes, and red onion. Stir gently so you don't smash the ingredients.
03 - In another smaller bowl, mix together mayo, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, plus salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
04 - Pour your creamy dressing over the pasta mix. Add the chopped dill on top, and stir until everything's evenly coated.
05 - Pop it in the fridge for at least half an hour to let the flavors meld nicely. Serve it cold with lemon slices on the side.

01 - You can make this pasta salad a day ahead to let the flavors intensify.
