Pepper Cream Chorizo Spaghetti (Print View)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 200g shrimp, peeled
02 - 150g chorizo, diced into small cubes

→ Dairy

03 - 200ml creamy sour cream

→ Pasta

04 - 250g of spaghetti

→ Vegetables

05 - 1 onion, finely sliced
06 - 2 garlic cloves, finely crushed
07 - 1 diced red bell pepper

→ Seasonings

08 - A splash of olive oil
09 - Salt, as needed
10 - A sprinkle of black pepper

# Directions:

01 - Boil your spaghetti following the directions on the packaging until just a bit firm.
02 - Heat up your pan with olive oil, and cook the crushed garlic and sliced onion until they soften up.
03 - Toss the diced chorizo and red pepper in the pan. Let them cook for 5 minutes, or until the pepper starts to soften.
04 - Add the shrimp into the pan, stirring for 2 minutes until they turn pink and lightly cooked.
05 - Pour in the sour cream and season to your liking with salt and black pepper.
06 - After you've drained the spaghetti, add it to the pan and toss everything until the pasta is fully coated in the creamy mixture.
07 - Serve your dish hot and enjoy it immediately.
