# What You'll Need:

→ Pretzel Crust

01 - 2 cups pretzel crumbs
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar

→ Caramel Layer

04 - 1 cup caramel sauce
05 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

→ Creamy Topping

06 - 1 cup heavy cream
07 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Directions:

01 - Combine pretzel crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly until the crust mixture is fully blended. Firmly press the mixture into the base of a greased 9×9-inch pan, creating an even layer.
02 - Pour caramel sauce evenly over the pretzel crust using a spatula to spread. Sprinkle sea salt uniformly over the caramel layer.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually incorporate powdered sugar and vanilla extract, whipping continuously until stiff peaks develop.
04 - Gently layer the whipped cream topping over the caramel layer, smoothing to form a uniform finish.
05 - Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until the bars are set and firm.
06 - Remove the pan from the refrigerator. Slice into even squares and serve promptly.

# Notes:

01 - To achieve clean slices, run a sharp knife under hot water and wipe dry between cuts.
