Pulled Pork Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Slider Assembly

01 - 12 soft, fluffy Hawaiian rolls (King's brand works great)
02 - A quarter cup of either Dijon or yellow mustard, split for use
03 - 8 ounces of thinly sliced honey-baked ham or black forest ham
04 - 1 pound of warm, shredded pork
05 - 7 ounces (about 12 slices) of Swiss cheese, thinly cut
06 - 3-4 dill pickles, sliced lengthwise for crunch

→ Buttered Topping

07 - 1/4 cup melted butter, unsalted
08 - Chop parsley finely until you get a fragrant tablespoon
09 - A half teaspoon of kosher salt for seasoning
10 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder for a subtle kick

→ Special Dipping Sauce

11 - 3/4 cup creamy mayo
12 - 1/4 cup zesty Dijon mustard
13 - 4 minced or pressed cloves of garlic
14 - Squeeze out 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
15 - 1/4 teaspoon of warm, earthy ground cumin
16 - Add sea salt and black pepper to your taste

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it preheat. Use cooking spray or butter to lightly coat a 9x13 pan so nothing sticks.
02 - With a serrated knife, cut the whole group of rolls horizontally while keeping them attached. Lay the bottom part into the greased pan.
03 - Spread mustard on the bottom of the rolls generously. Add layers of ham, Swiss cheese, warm pulled pork, and sliced pickles. For the top half of the rolls, spread a bit more mustard before putting it on.
04 - Combine melted butter, parsley, garlic powder, and kosher salt in a small bowl. Evenly spread this blend over the sliders, ensuring every roll gets covered.
05 - Wrap with foil and cook for 20–25 minutes until the cheese gets gooey. Take the foil off and bake an extra 5–10 minutes for a crispy, golden crust. Brush with more butter before serving if you’d like extra shine.

# Notes:
