01 -
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Generously grease a Bundt pan to ensure easy removal after baking.
02 -
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, dried onion flakes, minced garlic, Italian herb seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley. Microwave in 30-second intervals until the butter is fully melted, stirring between intervals to blend flavors.
03 -
Cut the biscuits into quarters and the pizza dough into 1-1/2 inch pieces. Evenly distribute one third of the mini pepperoni slices and one third of the grated Parmesan cheese in the bottom of the greased Bundt pan.
04 -
Toss the cut biscuit and pizza dough pieces in the seasoned oil mixture until well coated. Layer half of these pieces in the Bundt pan over the pepperoni and cheese. Sprinkle with half of the remaining pepperoni slices and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle 1/4 cup marinara sauce evenly, then top with half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 -
Add remaining dough pieces to the Bundt pan. Top with the remaining marinara sauce, pepperoni slices, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese, distributing evenly across the pan.
06 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes until golden brown and dough is cooked through. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully remove bread from pan. Serve warm with additional marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
