01 - 12 small fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
02 - 12 thin slices prosciutto
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - Fresh basil leaves, optional
05 - 12 toothpicks

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
02 - Slice each piece of prosciutto in half lengthwise for easier wrapping.
03 - Wrap each mozzarella ball with a half slice of prosciutto, securing with a toothpick.
04 - Arrange prepared bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
05 - Bake in the center of the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until prosciutto is crisp and mozzarella is softened.
