# What You'll Need:

→ Roll Ups

01 - 20 small flour tortillas (5-inch diameter)
02 - 14 ounces pizza sauce
03 - 24 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 80 slices pepperoni
05 - 1 tablespoon cooking oil

→ Garlic Herb Topping

06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a large baking pan with cooking oil.
02 - Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla, top with 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella, and arrange 4 to 5 slices pepperoni on top.
03 - Roll each tortilla tightly and position seam side down on the prepared baking pan.
04 - Brush tops of the roll ups with cooking oil. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt, then sprinkle mixture on roll ups.
05 - Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are lightly golden.
