# What You'll Need:

→ Dough Base

01 - 900 g refrigerated canned biscuit dough, cut into quarters

→ Fillings

02 - 170 g pepperoni slices, cut in half
03 - 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 50 g grated parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings

05 - 80 ml unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
07 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt
09 - Red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)

→ Garnish & Serving

10 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
11 - Marinara sauce, warmed, for serving

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a bundt pan or a 23×33 cm baking dish with non-stick spray.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, gently mix the quartered biscuit dough, halved pepperoni, mozzarella, and parmesan until evenly combined.
03 - Drizzle melted butter over the dough mixture. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss well to coat all pieces evenly.
04 - Spoon the coated mixture into the prepared pan, pressing lightly to ensure even filling and to pack it firmly.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
06 - Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and offer warm marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
