Philly Beef Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound pizza dough
02 - ¼ cup tomato pizza topping

→ Toppings

03 - 6-8 ounces thin-sliced beef
04 - 6 ounces shredded mozzarella
05 - ½ green bell pepper, diced
06 - ½ white onion, diced
07 - 4 ounces Provolone, cut into chunks
08 - ½ cup melted Cheez Whiz

→ Seasonings

09 - ½ teaspoon sea salt
10 - ½ teaspoon ground pepper
11 - ½ teaspoon herbs from Italy
12 - Chopped chives for topping

→ Homemade Pizza Dough (Optional)

13 - 3 cups high-gluten flour
14 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
15 - 1 tablespoon sea salt
16 - 2 teaspoons dry active yeast
17 - 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
18 - 1 ¼ cup lukewarm water
19 - Additional flour for handling

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 500˚F (260°C).
02 - Stretch dough out flat and place on a 16-inch pizza tray.
03 - Smear sauce all over the dough evenly. Feel free to add extra if you want.
04 - Cover with mozzarella, then add peppers, onions, and beef strips. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
05 - Pop in oven for 8-10 minutes until edges turn golden and meat cooks through.
06 - Take pizza out, scatter provolone on top, then put back in oven until cheese bubbles and crust gets brown and crunchy.
07 - Pour warm Cheez Whiz on top and sprinkle with fresh chives.
08 - Cut into pieces and eat while it's still steaming.
