Pecan Pie Brownie Bombs (Print View)

Fudgy brownies and gooey pecan filling enrobed in chocolate, finished with chopped pecans.

# What You'll Need:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1 batch fudgy brownies, baked in a 9x13 inch pan

→ Filling

02 - 2 cups pecan pie filling

→ Coating

03 - 16 ounces dark chocolate, melted
04 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

→ Garnish

05 - 1 cup chopped pecans

# Directions:

01 - Crumble cooled brownies into fine crumbs in a large mixing bowl. Add pecan pie filling and mix until thoroughly combined and the mixture is moldable.
02 - Using your hands or a small scoop, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange them spaced apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes to firm.
03 - Stir vegetable oil into the melted dark chocolate until smooth and glossy.
04 - Dip each frozen brownie ball into the melted chocolate mixture, ensuring full coverage. Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined sheet and immediately sprinkle with chopped pecans before the chocolate sets.
05 - Place the tray in the refrigerator and chill for about 15 minutes, or until the chocolate shell is completely set and firm to the touch.

# Notes:

01 - For even-sized treats, use a cookie scoop to portion the mixture before rolling into balls.
