Peachy Sweet Roll Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 cup milk warmed to about 110°F
02 - 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
03 - 1/4 cup white sugar
04 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 4 cups all-purpose flour

→ Filling

08 - 2 cups peaches chopped small (fresh or canned)
09 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
10 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder

→ Frosting

11 - 4 oz cream cheese at room temperature
12 - 1/4 cup soft butter
13 - 1 cup confectioners' sugar
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Put yeast in warm milk with a tiny bit of sugar. Wait till it gets bubbly, around 5 minutes. In a big bowl, combine sugar, butter, salt, eggs and flour. Add the bubbly yeast mix. Knead everything until it feels smooth. Let it sit and grow double in size for about an hour.
02 - Stir together the chopped peaches, brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
03 - Flatten the dough into a big rectangle. Spread peach mixture all over it. Roll it up tight from end to end and slice into 12 pieces. Put them in a greased pan. Let them puff up for 30 minutes.
04 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Stick the rolls in and bake about 25 minutes until they turn golden brown.
05 - Mix the cream cheese with butter, add the powdered sugar and vanilla, then beat everything until it's creamy.
06 - Pour the creamy frosting over the rolls while they're still warm.

# Notes:

01 - If you're using canned peaches, make sure to drain them really well so your filling doesn't get too soggy.
