# What You'll Need:

→ Donut Batter

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 tablespoons baking powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1 cup milk
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 1/4 cup melted butter
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Cheesecake Filling

09 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
10 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar

→ Peach Topping

11 - 2 cups diced peaches
12 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
13 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ For Frying

14 - 2 cups vegetable oil

# Directions:

01 - Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
02 - In a separate bowl, blend milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Carefully fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing just until a cohesive batter forms. Avoid overmixing.
04 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for baked donuts, or preheat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 360°F (182°C) for fried donuts.
05 - Transfer the batter to a greased donut pan or pipe/spoon portions into the hot oil. Bake approximately 15 minutes or fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Let cool on a wire rack.
06 - In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated and creamy.
07 - Sauté diced peaches in a skillet with brown sugar and cinnamon over medium heat until the peaches are tender and syrupy. Remove from heat.
08 - Once donuts have cooled, pipe in the cheesecake filling and top each with warm peach mixture.

# Notes:

01 - For best flavor, use peaches at their peak ripeness. Warm peach topping just before serving enhances the dessert experience.
