# What You'll Need:

→ Potatoes

01 - 450 grams small gold potatoes, halved

→ Seasonings and Fats

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1.5 teaspoons sea salt
04 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
05 - 80 millilitres unsalted butter, melted
06 - 75 grams grated parmesan cheese
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 0.5 teaspoon celery salt
10 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ Garnishes

11 - Fresh herbs, finely chopped, optional
12 - Additional grated cheese, optional

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss halved gold potatoes with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt, and Italian seasoning.
04 - Dip the cut side of each potato half into the cheese mixture, pressing gently to ensure the mixture adheres.
05 - Place potatoes cheese-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle any remaining cheese mixture over the potatoes.
06 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and the cheese coating is crisp and golden.
07 - Let potatoes cool on the baking sheet for 2 to 3 minutes. Carefully transfer to a serving plate using a spatula. Garnish with fresh herbs and additional grated cheese before serving.
