Put 4 cups of water in a medium pot and bring it to a boil. Once bubbling, take it off the heat and toss in the tea bags, ginger, rosemary sprigs, and orange zest.

Let the mix steep for around 5 to 7 minutes, then pull out the tea bags. Stir in your choice of sugar and leave it to cool off for a bit.

Once the tea has steeped and isn’t too hot, strain out the ginger, rosemary, and orange zest. Pour in the fresh orange juice and stir well.

Let the tea hit room temperature first, then pop it in the fridge until it’s cold enough.

Fill your glass with ice, pour in the chilled orange and rosemary tea, and if you feel fancy, decorate with a rosemary sprig or orange slice. Sip and enjoy.
