Citrus Herb Iced Tea (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Fresh Ingredients

01 - 1 big orange, both juiced and zested
02 - 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
03 - 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger

→ Tea Base

04 - 4 cups of water
05 - 4 tea bags of black tea

→ Sweetener

06 - 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, adjust for your preference

→ For Serving

07 - Ice cubes
08 - Optional: orange slices and sprigs of fresh rosemary for decoration

# Method:

01 - Put 4 cups of water in a medium pot and bring it to a boil. Once bubbling, take it off the heat and toss in the tea bags, ginger, rosemary sprigs, and orange zest.
02 - Let the mix steep for around 5 to 7 minutes, then pull out the tea bags. Stir in your choice of sugar and leave it to cool off for a bit.
03 - Once the tea has steeped and isn’t too hot, strain out the ginger, rosemary, and orange zest. Pour in the fresh orange juice and stir well.
04 - Let the tea hit room temperature first, then pop it in the fridge until it’s cold enough.
05 - Fill your glass with ice, pour in the chilled orange and rosemary tea, and if you feel fancy, decorate with a rosemary sprig or orange slice. Sip and enjoy.
