# What You'll Need:

→ Marinade

01 - 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, finely chopped
06 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
07 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

→ Cheese

08 - 16 ounces bocconcini or ciliegine mozzarella, drained

# Directions:

01 - Combine extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes, and kosher salt in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly to blend the flavors.
02 - Add drained mozzarella balls to the marinade and toss gently to ensure all surfaces are evenly coated.
03 - Let the mozzarella marinate for at least 1 hour. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to five days, allowing the flavors to intensify.
