# What You'll Need:

→ Seafood

01 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Vegetables

02 - 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

→ Dairy

05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
07 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Condiments & Seasonings

08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Directions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, approximately 1 minute. Add spinach and cook, stirring, until leaves are wilted, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and set aside.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, Gruyère cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
04 - Evenly distribute cooked spinach in the base of a baking dish. Arrange shrimp in a single layer over the spinach. Pour the cream and cheese mixture over shrimp and spinach, ensuring complete coverage.
05 - Transfer baking dish to preheated oven. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
06 - Remove baking dish from oven and allow to cool briefly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal texture, use large shrimp and avoid overbaking to maintain succulence.
