01 - 397g tin sweetened condensed milk
02 - 20g butter (unsalted)
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 100g cream of pistachio
05 - 100g finely diced pistachios

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the condensed milk with butter and salt in a pan over medium heat.
02 - Keep stirring until your butter has fully melted and blended in.
03 - Pour in the pistachio cream and mix thoroughly until everything's combined.
04 - Keep the mixture on heat, stirring non-stop until it gets thick like soft fudge.
05 - Pour everything into a bowl and stick it in the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm up.
06 - After chilling, scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mix and roll it in your hands. If it's too sticky, put a tiny bit of oil on your hands.
07 - Cover each ball by rolling it in the diced pistachios. Keep making balls until you've used all the mixture.
