Heat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Give a 23x33 cm (9x13 inch) baking pan a good coat of nonstick spray.

Grab a big mixing bowl and mix your white sugar, dark brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and cooking oil together until they're smooth.

Add your sifted flour, pure vanilla, and the chopped pecans. Stir just enough to mix everything together.

Empty your mix into the greased pan and stick it in the oven for about 30-35 minutes. It's done when you can poke it with a toothpick and nothing sticks.

Take it out and let your bread sit in the pan for 10-15 minutes before you cut it up and serve.
