01 - ½ cup water
02 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
05 - 3 tablespoons fish sauce
06 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

# Directions:

01 - Stir together the garlic, water, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and chili garlic sauce in a small dish. Mix until the sugar is fully blended with the liquid.
02 - Give it a quick taste. If it needs more tanginess, squeeze in extra lime juice. Want it sweeter? Sprinkle on some extra sugar.
