05 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
07 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
09 - Black pepper, ground fresh to taste

→ Slider Assembly

10 - 1 pack (12 count) King's Hawaiian Savory Butter Rolls
11 - 16 slices American cheese (Boar's Head works great)
12 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
13 - Pinch of salt and garlic powder
14 - 2 teaspoons white sesame seeds

→ Special Sauce

15 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
16 - 1/4 cup ketchup
17 - 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
18 - 2 teaspoons sugar
19 - 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
20 - Salt and pepper as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 350°F and spread softened butter across the bottom of a baking sheet.
02 - Pour olive oil into a medium pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the onions for about 3 minutes, then toss in ground beef. Keep breaking it up while it cooks for 6-7 minutes until brown. Pour off extra fat, then mix in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper and cook one more minute.
03 - Cut the dinner rolls in half and put the bottom pieces on your buttered baking sheet. Cover with 8 slices of cheese, add the cooked beef mix (lightly pressed down), and finish with the rest of the cheese. Cap with the top buns.
04 - Stir melted butter with salt and garlic powder, then brush it on the bun tops. Scatter sesame seeds over everything. Bake for 12-15 minutes until warm with melty cheese. If the tops get too brown, just cover them with foil.
05 - While your sliders are in the oven, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.

# Notes:

01 - These tiny burgers are awesome for sports parties and get-togethers
02 - You can make twice as many (24 sliders) if you need more
03 - Watch those buns in the oven so they don't burn
