Low Carb Mac Burgers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smash Burgers

01 - 8 Mini Keto Zero Carb Tortillas (Street Taco Size)
02 - 450g Beef Mince
03 - 8 pieces American Cheese
04 - 1 cup Torn Lettuce
05 - 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Chunks
06 - 1/2 tsp Garlic Granules
07 - Salt and pepper as needed

→ Keto Big Mac Sauce

08 - 1/3 cup Mayo
09 - 1 tbsp Diced Dill Pickles
10 - 1 1/2 tsp Regular Yellow Mustard
11 - 3 tsp No-Sugar Ketchup
12 - 1/4 tsp White Vinegar
13 - 1/4 tsp Sweet Paprika
14 - 1/4 tsp Garlic Granules
15 - 1/4 tsp Onion Granules

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your skillet on medium-high flame.
02 - Put beef mince in a bowl with garlic granules, salt, and pepper. Mix well by hand until everything's blended.
03 - Break the beef mixture into 8 even balls.
04 - Flatten each meat ball onto one face of your keto tortilla, spreading it across the whole surface.
05 - Do the same with all your meat and tortillas until you've got 8 burger bases ready.
06 - Drop the tortillas into your hot pan with meat facing down. Let them sizzle for 3-4 minutes, pushing down hard with your spatula to make them flat.
07 - Flip each burger over, lay a cheese slice on top, and cook another 2-3 minutes until the tortilla gets crispy and cheese starts melting.
08 - As burgers cook, throw all sauce stuff in a bowl and stir until it's smooth.
09 - Smear some of your sauce mix on each hot burger.
10 - Sprinkle lettuce and add two pickle chunks on each burger before you serve them.
