Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook lobster tails for 5 to 7 minutes until fully cooked. Remove, cool, extract meat, chop into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.

In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Gently fold chopped lobster meat and half the chives into the cream cheese mixture until evenly coated.

Evenly spread the lobster and cheese mixture onto prepared dough. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
