# What You'll Need:

→ Crust and Cheese

01 - 1 ready-made pizza dough crust
02 - 7 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
03 - 3.5 ounces cream cheese, softened

→ Seafood

04 - 7 ounces lobster meat, fresh or cooked, chopped

→ Fresh Aromatics

05 - 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
06 - 1 clove garlic, minced

→ Sauce and Toppings

07 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
08 - 2 tablespoons butter
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook lobster tails for 5 to 7 minutes until fully cooked. Remove, cool, extract meat, chop into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.
02 - Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
03 - In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
04 - In a bowl, blend cream cheese with sautéed garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
05 - Gently fold chopped lobster meat and half the chives into the cream cheese mixture until evenly coated.
06 - Evenly spread the lobster and cheese mixture onto prepared dough. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
07 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake pizza for 12 to 15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.
08 - Remove pizza from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with remaining chives. Slice and serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor, use freshly cooked lobster meat and allow the pizza to rest briefly before slicing.
