# Ingredients:

01 - 2 romaine lettuce hearts, cut into thin strips
02 - 4-5 green onions, chopped small
03 - 1 bunch dill, finely cut
04 - 115g crumbled feta cheese

05 - 120ml good quality olive oil
06 - Juice squeezed from 1 big lemon
07 - 1/4 teaspoon table salt

# Instructions:

01 - Wash romaine hearts well, then cut them into super thin strips. Use a salad spinner to get them totally dry.
02 - Combine olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and salt in a small container. Stir vigorously until everything blends smoothly together.
03 - Toss the sliced lettuce, chopped green onions, fresh dill, and feta crumbles into a big serving bowl.
04 - Drizzle your dressing all over the salad mix. Toss everything well and softly work the dressing into the greens with your fingers to boost flavor and soften the lettuce slightly.
