Lavender Coconut Lemon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Liquids

01 - 4 cups fizzy water
02 - 4 cups coconut water infused with lavender
03 - 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice

→ Taste Enhancers

04 - 1/2 cup honey or agave (sweeten to your liking)
05 - 1/2 cup fresh lavender or 1/4 cup dried lavender

→ Extras

06 - A handful of ice
07 - Thinly cut lemon slices
08 - Sprigs of lavender for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Gently warm the infused coconut water with the lavender in a pot for about 10 minutes. Take it off the heat and let it sit for another 10 minutes for stronger flavors.
02 - After cooling, strain out the lavender flowers and pour the coconut water back into the pot.
03 - Pour the lavender-infused coconut water, lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup into a big pitcher. Stir everything until the sweetener melts completely.
04 - Right before you’re ready to drink, slowly add the fizzy water for bubbles. Give it a quick taste and tweak the sweetness if you need to.
05 - Put ice into glasses, pour the drink over, and top it off with lemon slices and lavender sprigs for a fancy look.

01 - A cool, refreshing option for those sunny days. Prep it ahead of time, and just add fizzy water later.
