Kalamata Tomato Olive Spread (Print Version)

01 - 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
02 - 1 cup oil-packed sundried tomatoes
03 - ¼ cup brine-packed capers
04 - ⅔ cup premium olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano or 2 teaspoons oregano leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything but the oregano into your food processor and give it 5-10 quick pulses. Grab your spatula and push down what's stuck on the sides.
02 - Hit pulse another 5-10 times until everything's finely chopped. Watch it closely so you don't turn it into a smooth paste.
03 - Dump the mix into a bowl and gently stir in the oregano. Pair it with some crunchy crostini or your favorite crackers.
