Caribbean Spiced Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch circles
02 - 4 cloves of garlic, minced
03 - 5 tablespoons of olive oil
04 - 1/4 cup of packed brown sugar

→ Seasonings

05 - 2 teaspoons of chili powder
06 - 1 teaspoon of paprika
07 - 2 tablespoons of Jamaican jerk seasoning
08 - Salt and black pepper for seasoning, as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F to preheat, and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into slices about 1/2-inch thick.
03 - Mix the olive oil, brown sugar, jerk seasoning, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper together in a big bowl. Toss the sweet potato slices in until completely coated.
04 - Spread the seasoned potato slices evenly onto the lined baking tray. Cook them for 35 to 40 minutes until they’re soft and perfectly cooked through.

# Notes:

01 - Keep leftovers in the fridge using an airtight container. They’ll stay fresh for 2 to 3 days.
