# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 large garlic bread loaf

02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 0.5 cup ricotta cheese
04 - Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
08 - 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

11 - 0.25 cup hot honey
12 - Fresh basil leaves, optional, for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 200°C and allow to fully preheat.
02 - If using frozen garlic bread, bake according to package directions until lightly toasted but not fully cooked, approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
03 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Evenly spread the seasoned oil mixture over the top surface of the garlic bread loaf.
05 - Distribute crumbled ricotta cheese evenly over the garlic bread, then generously sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - Return garlic bread to the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
07 - Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle hot honey generously over the surface, ensuring even distribution.
08 - Allow to cool for 1 minute, then slice into portions. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired and finish with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
