Honey Vanilla Butter Syrup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sweet Base

01 - 1 cup white sugar
02 - 1 cup whipping cream
03 - 1/2 cup salted butter
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
05 - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the sugar, cream, butter and vanilla extract into a thick-bottomed pot.
02 - Bring to a gentle bubble, always mixing with a wooden spoon.
03 - Turn down the heat and keep stirring until mixture gets thicker, about 5-10 minutes.
04 - Just before taking off the heat, mix in the baking soda until it's fully gone.
05 - Enjoy it hot right away or let it cool down before putting in the fridge.

01 - This Holland Honey Syrup (some folks call it Vanilla Butter Syrup) tastes amazing on pancakes, waffles and other morning goodies.
