Warm up your oven to 325°F (165°C) and butter an 8½ x 4½ inch bread tin.

Grab a big bowl and stir the melted butter with honey until smooth. Drop in eggs, smooshed banana, milk, and vanilla. Mix everything till it looks uniform.

Take another bowl and toss together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Pour wet stuff into dry stuff and gently fold until just mixed. Don't stir too much or you'll mess it up.

Dump the mix into your greased tin. You can sprinkle toppings like nuts, chocolate bits, or banana slices (face up) if you want.

Stick it in the oven for 50-55 minutes. It's done when you poke it with a toothpick and nothing sticks.

Let the bread sit in the pan for 15 minutes, then move it to a wire rack. Wait at least 30 more minutes before cutting.
