→ For Serving

11 - Fresh vegetables, crackers, or bread

# Directions:

01 - Place softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer or spatula until smooth and creamy, around 1 to 2 minutes.
02 - Add sour cream and blend until the mixture is uniform and creamy.
03 - Fold in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, mixing until evenly distributed.
04 - Pour in the hot honey and mix thoroughly. If preparing homemade hot honey, infuse honey with red pepper flakes in advance.
05 - Incorporate chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if using. Stir until all elements are well combined.
06 - Set oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
07 - Spread the prepared mixture into a 9-inch pie dish or small casserole dish and smooth the surface with a spatula.
08 - Optionally, sprinkle additional shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese across the top for a richer finish.
09 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the dip is bubbling and golden on top.
10 - Remove from the oven and allow the dip to rest for a few minutes.
11 - Top with extra chopped green onions.
12 - Serve the dip warm accompanied by fresh vegetables, crackers, or slices of bread. For added heat, drizzle a touch more hot honey onsite.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor balance, allow homemade hot honey to infuse with red pepper flakes for several hours before use.
