Yum Yum Sauce (Print View)

Smooth, tasty mayo-based topping with garlic and paprika, just right for hibachi cooking, fish and greens.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup full-fat mayo
02 - 1/4 cup water
03 - 1 teaspoon tomato paste or ketchup
04 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted
05 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
06 - 1 teaspoon sugar
07 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika

# Directions:

01 - Stir everything in a bowl until it's smooth and well-blended.
02 - Wrap the sauce and stick it in the fridge overnight or at least 8 hours so the flavors can really come together.

# Notes:

01 - Don't use light mayo as it won't taste the same.
02 - You really need to let it sit in the fridge overnight for the best taste.
