Grab a medium bowl and mix half and half, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon together until it's all smooth and well combined.

Put a large pan on medium-low heat. Add a bit of butter, making sure the pan isn't too hot or your butter will burn.

Take each Hawaiian Roll and give it a quick dunk in the batter mix, making sure all sides get wet.

Put the soaked rolls in your warm pan with some space between them. Cook about 2 minutes, flip them over, and keep cooking until they turn golden and crispy all around.

Take out the cooked ones and do the same with any rolls you have left. Add more butter to the pan when needed.

Put your mini French toast bites on plates, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and pour some maple syrup on top. Add berries and whipped cream if you'd like.
