Hawaiian Roll Toast Cubes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ French Toast Base

01 - 1-2 packs (12-24 rolls) Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
02 - 3/4 cup half and half
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
07 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter

→ Toppings

08 - Powdered sugar for sprinkling
09 - Maple syrup for topping
10 - Fresh berries (if you want)
11 - Whipped cream (if you want)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a medium bowl and mix half and half, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon together until it's all smooth and well combined.
02 - Put a large pan on medium-low heat. Add a bit of butter, making sure the pan isn't too hot or your butter will burn.
03 - Take each Hawaiian Roll and give it a quick dunk in the batter mix, making sure all sides get wet.
04 - Put the soaked rolls in your warm pan with some space between them. Cook about 2 minutes, flip them over, and keep cooking until they turn golden and crispy all around.
05 - Take out the cooked ones and do the same with any rolls you have left. Add more butter to the pan when needed.
06 - Put your mini French toast bites on plates, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and pour some maple syrup on top. Add berries and whipped cream if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - These Hawaiian rolls make amazing French toast bites with their soft centers and crunchy outsides.
02 - Want more flavor? Let your rolls soak in the batter for 10-15 seconds on each side.
