Ham, Swiss cheese, pear, and thyme on crisp crust, topped with honey Dijon sauce for a gourmet pizza.

# What You'll Need:

→ Cheese and Dairy

01 - 1 cup shredded light Swiss cheese
02 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

→ Condiments and Oils

03 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Meat and Protein

06 - 4 slices deli ham, cut into 1 inch squares

→ Fresh Produce

07 - 1/2 pear, thinly sliced
08 - 3 sprigs fresh thyme

→ Breads and Doughs

09 - 1 portion pizza crust dough or one 9 inch premade pizza crust

# Directions:

01 - Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise in a bowl until fully blended.
02 - Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
03 - Roll out pizza dough. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5 to 6 minutes or until the crust is partially baked, then remove and cool for 3 minutes. Skip this step if using a premade pizza crust.
04 - Brush olive oil evenly over the crust. Arrange ham pieces on top, then sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese and fresh thyme. Distribute pear slices evenly over the pizza.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and begins to turn golden brown.
06 - Let the pizza rest for 2 to 3 minutes. Drizzle with the prepared honey Dijon sauce, slice, and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor, use ripe but firm pear to prevent excess moisture on the crust.
