S’mores Pops combine toasted marshmallow, chocolate, graham crackers, and gummy eyes for a spooky treat.

01 - 16 graham cracker squares
02 - 8 square marshmallows
03 - 8 gummy eyes
04 - 10 to 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted

# Directions:

01 - Using a sharp knife, make a small slit in each marshmallow and insert one gummy eye firmly.
02 - Using a kitchen torch, lightly toast all sides of the marshmallow until golden. Allow to cool for a minute on a plate.
03 - Arrange graham cracker squares on a sheet of parchment or wax paper. Spoon a portion of melted chocolate onto each square and position a popsicle stick at the base, pressing lightly to secure.
04 - Place the toasted marshmallow onto the melted chocolate atop each graham cracker, ensuring the stick remains in place. Drizzle with additional melted chocolate to secure.
05 - If desired, coat the graham cracker side with melted chocolate, using a spoon to evenly cover and to work around the popsicle stick.
06 - Transfer assembled pops to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow chocolate to set completely before serving.
