Tasty Grilled Veggie Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Basics

01 - 4 large tortilla wraps
02 - A bit of olive oil for cooking
03 - A pinch of salt and pepper

→ Veggies & Fillings

04 - Half a head of romaine lettuce or any greens you like
05 - A couple of zucchinis, medium-sized, sliced and ends removed
06 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
07 - 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
08 - 1/4 cup of black olives, sliced up
09 - Optional: 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
10 - Half a cup of hummus

# Instructions:

01 - Get your grill or grill pan ready and set it to medium-high. This will help you create those beautiful grill lines and add a smoky flavor!
02 - Slice your zucchini, chop the bell pepper into strips, and get the onion ready if not prepped yet. Mix them with a splash of olive oil and a little salt and pepper for seasoning.
03 - Pop the vegetables on the grill and let them cook for around 10 minutes. Flip them once halfway through. You're aiming for a light char and some smoky goodness! Take them off the heat when done.
04 - For that extra touch, warm each tortilla on the grill for about a minute per side. This adds a little toastiness.
05 - Lay each tortilla down flat. Spread some hummus on it, then add the lettuce, olives, and feta if you're using it. On top, arrange the grilled veggies. Wrap it all up snugly, slice in half if you feel fancy, and enjoy a bright, delicious meal!
