Turn the oven on to 375°F (190°C). Coat a 9x13-inch dish with some cooking spray or grease it lightly.

On medium heat in a skillet, cook the sausage until it's browned and crumbly. Drain the fat once you're done.

Spread the frozen shredded hash browns in an even layer across the greased dish. Toss the browned sausage right on top of the hash browns.

In a mixing bowl, blend the gravy mix with milk until smooth. Pour this liquid all over the sausage and hash browns in the dish.

Cover the top with an even layer of shredded cheddar cheese.

Chop each biscuit into four sections and scatter them on top of the cheese layer.

Pop the dish into the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and baked through. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
