Buttery biscuit dough stuffed with cheesy beef, baked golden, and finished with garlic and Parmesan.

# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Dough and Finish

08 - 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
09 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
10 - 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
11 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess fat.
03 - Season beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and thoroughly combined.
04 - Roll out each biscuit until about 1/4 inch thick. Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit round.
05 - Fold edges of the dough around the filling and pinch to seal completely, forming sealed balls. Set seam-side down on the prepared sheet.
06 - Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with the garlic butter.
07 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly over each cheeseburger bomb.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
09 - Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure a tight seal on each dough ball to prevent cheese from leaking during baking.
