Take the dough out of the tube and carefully roll it open. Use a roller to make the dough a bit thinner and more even for better rolling.

Spread shredded mozzarella across the flattened dough. Lay out the pepperoni slices evenly on top. Sprinkle half the Italian herbs over the pepperoni for extra flavor.

Roll the dough from the widest end all the way to the other side. Make sure the fillings don’t spill out. Cut the roll into 12 equal slices using a sharp knife and place them on a lined baking tray.

Stir together the melted butter, parmesan, garlic, leftover Italian spices, and a little salt and pepper. Spread this mix generously over all the pizza rolls.

In a 425°F (220°C) oven, bake for 12-15 minutes until they’re golden and bubbly. Let them sit for a few minutes to cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara for dipping.
