Garlic Butter Pinwheels (Print View)

Cheesy and garlicky dough rolls stuffed with pepperoni and perfect for gatherings or snacks.

# What You'll Need:

→ Crust

01 - Melted butter, 3 tablespoons
02 - A refrigerated pizza dough roll, 1 tube
03 - 1 tablespoon garlic paste or minced garlic
04 - 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
05 - Salt and pepper to your liking

→ Toppings

06 - 2 cups of shredded mozzarella
07 - Eighteen slices of pepperoni
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend

# Directions:

01 - Take the dough out of the tube and carefully roll it open. Use a roller to make the dough a bit thinner and more even for better rolling.
02 - Spread shredded mozzarella across the flattened dough. Lay out the pepperoni slices evenly on top. Sprinkle half the Italian herbs over the pepperoni for extra flavor.
03 - Roll the dough from the widest end all the way to the other side. Make sure the fillings don’t spill out. Cut the roll into 12 equal slices using a sharp knife and place them on a lined baking tray.
04 - Stir together the melted butter, parmesan, garlic, leftover Italian spices, and a little salt and pepper. Spread this mix generously over all the pizza rolls.
05 - In a 425°F (220°C) oven, bake for 12-15 minutes until they’re golden and bubbly. Let them sit for a few minutes to cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - You can prep these ahead and chill them in the fridge. If baking straight from cold, add 2-3 more minutes to the cooking time.
