→ Main Ingredients

01 - 500g ground beef
02 - 6 slices bacon, cooked
03 - 2 tablespoons garlic butter
04 - 1 tube crescent dough
05 - 200g shredded cheddar cheese
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
02 - Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - Chop the cooked bacon and stir into the beef, then mix in the garlic butter until well coated.
04 - Unroll the crescent dough onto a flat surface. Press seams together to form a single sheet.
05 - Spread the beef mixture evenly down the center of the dough.
06 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top of the beef.
07 - Roll up the dough tightly, jelly-roll style.
08 - Place the roll seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
09 - Let cool slightly, slice into rounds, and serve!

# Notes:

01 - You can add diced onions or sautéed mushrooms for extra umami flavor.
02 - Try adding pickles or jalapeños for a tangy or spicy kick.
03 - A swipe of mustard or burger sauce inside before rolling adds extra flavor.
04 - Ground turkey or chicken can substitute for beef if preferred.
05 - Pepper jack, mozzarella, or Swiss cheese work well in place of cheddar.
06 - Puff pastry can replace crescent dough for a flakier texture.
