Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.

Chop the cooked bacon and stir into the beef, then mix in the garlic butter until well coated.

Unroll the crescent dough onto a flat surface. Press seams together to form a single sheet.

Spread the beef mixture evenly down the center of the dough.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top of the beef.

Roll up the dough tightly, jelly-roll style.

Place the roll seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
