01 - 240 g Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
02 - 85 g peanut butter, creamy or crunchy, at room temperature
03 - 30 ml honey or maple syrup, to taste
04 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract
05 - 60 g mini chocolate chips or finely chopped dark chocolate

06 - 0.5 g ground cinnamon
07 - 10 g chia seeds or ground flaxseed
08 - 20 g chopped nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper, ensuring it will fit in your freezer with ample space.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir with a spatula or sturdy spoon until the mixture is completely smooth and homogeneous, ensuring no visible streaks of peanut butter remain. If too dense, add a teaspoon of milk or more yogurt for a looser consistency.
03 - Add mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate to the yogurt-peanut butter base. Gently fold to evenly distribute. If using optional ingredients such as cinnamon, chia seeds, or chopped nuts, incorporate them evenly at this stage.
04 - Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, drop 15 to 20 ml quantities of the mixture onto the prepared tray, spacing each portion approximately 2.5 cm apart. Optionally, smooth each mound with the back of a spoon for a uniform appearance.
05 - Transfer the tray to the freezer, placing it on a level surface. Freeze for 60 to 120 minutes, or until each bite is fully solid.
06 - Once frozen, relocate the bites to a freezer-safe container or zip-lock bag. For stacking, separate layers with parchment paper. Seal tightly to minimize air exposure.
07 - Enjoy bites straight from the freezer for optimal texture. Let sit at room temperature for about 30 seconds prior to serving.
