Crunchy bites with creamy macaroni and cheese, ideal for appetizers or snacks, enjoyed hot with sauces.

# What You'll Need:

→ Macaroni Mixture

01 - 2 cups cooked macaroni
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese
04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 large egg
06 - Salt to taste
07 - Black pepper to taste

→ Coating and Frying

08 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
09 - Oil for deep frying

# Directions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
02 - Portion the mixture and form into bite-sized balls, pressing gently to compact.
03 - Roll each macaroni ball in breadcrumbs, ensuring an even and complete coating.
04 - Pour oil into a deep frying pan, filling to a depth of about 2 inches. Heat over medium until oil reaches approximately 350°F.
05 - Carefully add the coated bites in batches, frying for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Remove fried bites with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve warm with preferred dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, use day-old refrigerated macaroni to ensure the bites hold their shape during frying.
