Strawberry Chia Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ cups dairy-free almond milk or any milk you prefer
02 - ½ cup regular Greek yogurt
03 - 16 oz strawberries, fresh, with extra for garnishing
04 - 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or your favorite sweetener
05 - 6 Tablespoons seeds from the chia plant
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Dump strawberries and milk into your blender and whizz until completely smooth.
02 - Mix your strawberry milk blend with yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla in a bowl or jar. Wait about 5 minutes then give it another stir to break up any clumps.
03 - Stick the mixture in your fridge to thicken up overnight, or for at least half an hour if you're in a hurry.
04 - Before eating, throw a few strawberry pieces on top.

01 - You can whip up this lightly sweetened treat with just 10 minutes of hands-on time. It works great as a nutritious breakfast option or midday pick-me-up.
