Cheese Pizza Four Cheese Classic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pizza crust, 35 cm diameter

→ Sauce

02 - 240 ml pizza marinara sauce

→ Cheeses

03 - 100 g cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 60 g fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded
05 - 60 g havarti cheese, shredded
06 - 25 g parmesan cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 260°C. Once it reaches temperature, reduce the oven to 245°C.
02 - Place the pizza crust on a baking tray and spread the marinara sauce evenly over the surface.
03 - Sprinkle the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, havarti, and parmesan cheeses uniformly on top of the sauce.
04 - Transfer the assembled pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 14 to 16 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
05 - Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool on the pan for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

# Notes:

01 - For an even bake, rotate the pizza halfway through the cooking time if necessary.
